The service offered by Cards Hub allows you to send your cards for professional grading through CGC (Certified Guaranty Company), one of the most internationally recognized grading bodies.

When purchasing the service, it is mandatory to insert in the order notes all the identifying information of each card: year, set, player/character, card number and any relevant details (for example, parallel, autograph, etc.).

Grading cards are generally shipped, with some exceptions , on the last day of every month .

Once returned from grading, the cards will be stored at our store in the Personal Box associated with your account. The same general conditions set out in the Live Break section of the site relating to the management of the boxes apply.

Shipping service for returning cards is not included and must be purchased separately. Insured and uninsured options are available domestically.

Cards must be adequately protected , using securely attached card savers or toploaders. CGC reserves the right to refuse grading in the event of counterfeiting, obvious alterations or non-compliant materials. In these cases, the cost of the service is non-refundable .

The declared value of the cards is the customer's responsibility and determines the applicable grading tier. It is possible to send multiple cards in a single shipment, even if they belong to different tiers, but they will be managed separately according to the timescales established for each service.
